I have been a ‘freelance designer’ in Alabama since 1999. I specialize in front-end website design and back-end web application programming, writing clean and valid code. I strive to find the perfect balance between visual stimulation and textual or graphical information while maintaining a design with clean flow and ease of use.
I believe a website is usually the first point of contact and the best opportunity to make a great first impression. Engaging design comes from understanding you and your perception of what makes your venture unique. This understanding builds the foundation for a unique, creative website experience for your visitors.

The Fine Print
- All pricing is in USD
- A signed Work Agreement (contract) and deposit of 50% of your estimate are required before I start any project. Deposits are non-refundable after I start working on your project. You will have access to previews and progress throughout the design process. You must provide all content for your site before I can start work. Your balance must be paid in full before I deliver or upload your new site.
- A complete website redesign is not an hourly editing task, it is a new website.
- If you host your site elsewhere, I will retain a backup copy of the original website I created no longer than 60 days.
- I will not design or edit sites that contain, promote, or link to hatred or racism, anti-American sentiment, pornography, violations of any US law, multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes, or copyrighted material without written consent from the copyright holder.
- I will not edit server-side code that I did not write and do not host (including but not limited to .php .asp .aspx .jsp .cfm)
- Your website will display and function properly in all modern browsers at the time of creation. All code is tested on Windows 7 or 8 in current versions of Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8 and 9. Previous versions of Internet Explorer will not be tested as they do not conform to modern web standards. Unless specifically requested (for additional charge), I do not write code to support outdated browsers such as Internet Explorer prior to version 8.
- WordPress themes are guaranteed to work with current version of WordPress at time of theme development only. I cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of WordPress.
- Your current host may not support WordPress installation. If you decide to hire me to build a custom WordPress theme and you wish to stay with your current hosting provider, I will need to check compatibility of your host before we begin.
